Season overview: Amo-Mensah moved into the starting line-up after the opening weekend of regular season play and has provided steady defensive presence for the Sea-Hawks as they battle for a spot in this year's championship.
Although not very tall, her coach says she can be called upon to defend any position from 1-4 and do it well.
The fourth-year guard from Toronto, Ont. has played in 11 of the Sea-Hawks 12 games so far this season, and started in 10 of them. She has contributed 24 defensive rebounds and 11 steals for Memorial's defense thus far.
Amo-Mensah's contributions also include 18 points so far this season along with 24 assists.
