The UNB Reds took to the pitch three times this week, earning straight victories to extend their record to 5-1-1 this season and move into second in the standings.

Saturday, UNB rallied in the second half against the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus, scoring two unanswered goals to win 2-1. Lars Gierull scored the game-winning goal for the Reds in extra time, then earning Player of the Game honours for his efforts. Olivier Menard also found the back of the net in the win, while Lionel Feval scored the lone goal for Moncton in the loss.

To finish up their weekend, the Reds handed the Panthers another 2-1 loss for the second time in five days. Luke Rosettani finished with a goal and an assist in the victory, while Jackson Purbs netted the game-winner for the Reds. Jacob Tweel found the back of the net for UPEI in the loss.

The U Sports No.3 ranked Cape Breton Capers extended their record to 5-0-1 this weekend, picking up four points with a win and a draw. Mercer was named Player of the Game in the win, while teammate Ryan Davis earned the shutout in net.

The Memorial Sea-Hawks also recorded a four-point weekend, starting things of with a nil-nil draw against the UPEI Panthers Friday night. Louis-Charles Vaillancourt finished with two saves on the night for Memorial, while Isaac Wolters finished with six for UPEI.

The Sea-Hawks then blanked the Mount Allison Mounties 3-0 in Sackville Sunday afternoon. Colin Connors found the back of the net twice, with Brent Hennebury burying the game-winning goal. Louis-Charles Vaillancourt made four saves for the shutout.
