Tigers remain undefeated after AUS League Tournament

The Acadia Axewomen hosted the AUS League Tournament over the weekend, in which the Dalhousie Tigers extended their win streak to nine and remain undefeated on the season.

The Tigers opened the tournament with a 3-0 win over the Universite de Moncton Aigles Bleues on Friday night, then topped the UNB Reds 3-1 and the Memorial Sea-Hawks 3-0 in Saturday action. The Tigers finished off the tournament blanking the host Axewomen 3-0.

Acadia's loss to Dalhousie would be their only loss of the tournament, as the Axewomen defeated the Reds 3-1 on Friday night, topped the Saint Mary's Huskies 3-0 and the Aigles Bleues 3-1 on Saturday, then finished by blanking the Sea-Hawks 3-0 on Sunday afternoon.

The Huskies opened the tournament with a 3-0 victory over the Sea-Hawks on Friday, then split their Saturday games, falling to the Axewomen, but topping the Reds 3-2, then completed the weekend with a 3-0 win over the Aigles Bleues. 

The Aigles Bleues earned their first win of the season when they played the Sea-Hawks on Saturday, playing to a 3-0 victory.
