In the final week of AUS women's hockey action before the holiday break, the StFX X-Women, St. Thomas Tommies and Dalhousie Tigers all picked up two points apiece.

StFX forward Maggy Burbidge scored a pair of goals including the overtime winner, leading the U SPORTS #9 ranked X-Women to a 3-2 overtime win over the Saint Mary's Huskies on Friday night at the Dauphinee Centre. Ireland McCloskey also recorded a powerplay tally for the X-Women in the win, while Kate Gallant and Miranda Hatt (PP) scored for the Huskies in the loss. Amaya Giraudier made 21 saves for the X-Women, while Ridleigh Hansen stopped 41 shots in the loss. The win allowed the X-Women to close within two joins of the league-leading UNB Reds.

The Tommies doubled the Mount Allison Mounties 6-3 Wednesday night, with Nadia Lavoie finding the back of the net twice in the win. Jacey Dane, Peyton Van Volsen, Natalie MacKay and Amy Dvernichuk also recorded goals in the win. Mount Allison tallies came from Hailey Simoneau (2) and Tallon Stephenson (PP).

The Tigers defeated Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues 2-1 on Wednesday night at the Halifax Forum. 13:30 into the first period, Natasha Falk, the player of the game, scored on a one-timer in the slot. The Tigers would lead 1-0 in the second period, where they scored early in the period again. Emma Penner found the back of the net on a rebound. In the third period, Moncton got on the board with a powerplay goal from Erica Plourde, but it would not be enough as the Tigers held on for the win. Grace Beer made 26 saves for Dalhousie, while Audrey Berthiaume made 15 saves in the loss.
