St. Thomas 2 vs. Saint Mary's 4 (Box Score)

(HALIFAX, N.S.) The Saint Mary's Huskies picked up a 4-2 win over the St. Thomas Tommies on Bell Let's Talk day Wednesday night at Alumni Arena. It was a spirited game throughout, with both teams battling for playoff position. Breanna LanceleveTaylor Keeping, and Nicole Blanche scored for SMU, with Kiana Wilkinson adding an empty netter. Rebecca Clark finished with 20 saves to pick up her 12th win of the season. Friday, Feb. 2

St. Thomas 1 vs. UPEI 2 (SO) (Box Score)

(CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I.) The Panthers (5-10-7) finally broke the goose egg Friday night for their first overtime victory in eight tries. Goaltender Megan Sullivan was a big part in that, recording 24 saves (three in the shootout) and holding the third-ranked offence to just a goal. Saturday, Feb. 3

Saint Mary's 2 vs. Dalhousie 0 (Box Score)
(HALIFAX, N.S.) In AUS women's hockey action at the Halifax Civic Centre, the Saint Mary's Huskies defeated the Dalhousie Tigers 2-0 in a game where a few, crucial plays decided the outcome. Laura Horwood and Nicole Blanche got on the board for the Huskies in the win, while Rebecca Clark stopped 13 shots to earn the shutout. Read more: Recap

Moncton 2 vs. StFX 3 (OT) (Box Score)
(ANTIGONISH, N.S.) The StFX X-Women extended their winning streak to 12 games atop the AUS conference but they needed overtime to do so, defeating the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues 3-2 Saturday afternoon game at the Charles V. Keating Centre. The X-Women held onto a slim lead through almost 60 minutes of play thanks to two second period goals from captain Daley Oddy, but a late third period goal from the AUS fifth place Aigles Bleues saw both teams fight it out in 4-on-4 overtime. Kate Gotaas was the overtime hero, putting the puck in the net at the 1:42 mark of the extra frame. Read more: Recap

Mount Allison 1 vs. UPEI 4 (Box Score)
(CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I.) The UPEI Panthers earned a 4-1 home victory over the Mount Allison Mounties Saturday. UPEI's Shelby Foran opened the scoring in the first, but Mount Allison's Jessica Desautels tied things up just under one minute later for a score of 1-1 heading into the second. A goal from Madison Clarke at the 6:31 mark of the second followed by a short-handed tally from Rachel Colle allowed the Panthers to take a 3-1 lead. A powerplay goal from UPEI's Sydnee Baker in the third sealed the deal for the Panthers victory.


Sunday, Feb. 4

StFX 0 vs. Saint Mary's (Box Score)
(HALIFAX, N.S.) The Saint Mary's Huskies defended home ice with a 5-0 victory over the StFX X-Women at Alumni Arena on Sunday afternoon. Breanna LanceleveBrooke MurphyNicole BlancheLaura Polak, and Caitlin Pejkovic got on the scoreboard for the Huskies, with Rebecca Clark making 25 saves to pickup the shutout and her 14th win.
