In AUS women's soccer action, the StFX X-Women remain undefeated while the Cape Breton Capers earned their seventh straight win to both clinch a first-round bye in the playoffs.

The X-Women hosted the Memorial Sea-Hawks in Antigonish Saturday afternoon, blanking the visitors 3-0. Amanda Smith had a two-goal performance, earning player of the game honours for the X-Women, with teammate Ava Elgood adding a tally in the win. StFX goalkeeper Christina Gentile made two saves while picking up the shutout win, while Memorial goaltender Shannon Galway made five saves.

The Capers hosted the Sea-Hawks in Sydney Friday night, where they shutout Memorial 1-0. Grace Hannaford collected the Player of the Match award for the Capers, scoring the lone goal in the victory, while Ellie Lancaster made seven saves for the shutout.

Sunday, Cape Breton traveled to Sackville to face the Mount Allison Mounties. It was an unforgettable, record-breaking performance for Alliyah Rowe, who scored not one, but two hat-tricks for the Capers en route to a 6-0 victory. The six goals broke an almost two-decade-old mark set in 2005 by UPEI's Tessa Roche (five). Rowe earned Player of the Game honours for her efforts, while Ellie Lancaster made two saves for her second shutout of the weekend.

The Acadia Axewomen picked up four points this weekend, starting off with a dominant 6-0 win over the Saint Mary's Huskies. Sydney Kennedy scored four times in the victory, while Rosie Nichols added a tally in the win. Milena Ramirez made six saves in the match for the shutout.

The Axewomen then played to a 2-2 draw against the Dalhousie Tigers Saturday afternoon. Sydney Kennedy scored twice in the match for a total of six goals on the weekend. Kaitlyn Clarke and Chloe Richardson found the back of the net for Dalhousie in the draw. Milena Ramirez made three saves for Acadia, while Emily Toth made two on Dalhousie's side.

The Tigers split their games this weekend with a 4-0 shutout win over the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues, allowing them to clinch a playoff berth. Tigers player of the game Elise Evans scored her first goal in the 30th minute. Olivia Jack followed two minutes later for a 2-0 lead. Kaitlyn Clarke and Sally Steinberg then scored four minutes apart in the second half to round out the scoring. Emily Toth recorded the shutout in net for the Tigers.

The UNB Reds and Mount Allison Mounties played to a 1-1 draw Friday night. Olivia Crowe found the back of the net for the Reds, while Hailey Frampton scored for the Mounties. Lauren Kelly made four saves in net for UNB, with Isabel Tanfara making eight stops on the Mounties side.

The UPEI Panthers defeated the Saint Mary's Huskies 4-1 on Sunday afternoon, with goals coming from Olivia Cummings, Lydia Hamill, Wendy Dadzie and Sarah Eden. The Huskies lone goal came from Cara Freeman, while the player of the match went to Panthers keeper Claudia Mazzei, who made nine saves in the win.
