In Week 4 of the AUS women's hockey season, the UNB Reds played to wins over the StFX X-Women and Dalhousie Tigers, allowing them to extend their win streak to seven games.

The Reds defeated the X-Women in dramatic fashion on Friday night, with a thrilling 3-2 come-from-behind overtime victory. Reds defender MacKenzie Keenan played the hero, notching the overtime winner with a low shot off a pass from captain Payton Hargreaves, who earned player of the game honours. Hargreaves and Lindsey Smith scored for UNB in regulation, while Maggy Burbidge and Ashlyn Garnett found the back of the net for StFX.

UNB then doubled the Tigers 4-2 Saturday night in Halifax. Sydney Oitomen, Robyn Brokenshier, Lillian George and Hailey Jackson all recorded tallies in the win, while Dalhousie goals in the loss came from Emma Bishop and Brooklyn Paisley.

The St. Thomas Tommies moved up in the standings this weekend, picking up three points. The Tommies scored a pair of goals 67 seconds apart as part of a three-goal second-period blitz and rolled to a 6-4 victory over the visiting Aigles Bleues. Third-year centre Natalie MacKay scored a pair of goals and set up another to lead the attack as the Tommies won their fourth straight game. Other Tommies goals in the win came from Tahlia Mallaley, Lauren Smith, Ekaterina Pelowich and Jacey Dane, while Lianne Desforges, Isadora Quirion (PP) and Erica Plourde (2) found the back of the net for Moncton in the loss.

Sunday, the Tommies fell 2-1 in overtime to the UPEI Panthers. Ashley McCutcheon was the overtime hero, scoring just over one minute into the extra frame for the win. Goals in regulation came from St. Thomas' Jacey Dane and UPEI's Sophie Bujold.

Player of the game Elizabeth Galipeau scored twice on similar shots into the top of the net to help the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues defeat the Saint Mary's Huskies 5-2 Wednesday evening. Lianne Desforges, Emilie Comeau and Erica Plourde also found the back of the net in the win, while Gillian Lapierre and Kate Gallant recorded powerplay tallies for the Huskies in the loss.

The Huskies bounced back on Friday, as a hattrick from Miranda Hatt allowed Saint Mary's to double the Mount Allison Mounties 4-2. Ashley Penney added a powerplay tally in the win, while Hatt received AUS Player of the Game honours for her 3-goal performance. Mount Allison's tallies in the loss came from Tallon Stephenson (PP) and Reese Chuback (PP).

The Tigers split their weekend games, edging the UPEI Panthers 2-1 Friday night. Gabrielle Noordijk took home the player of the game award for the Tigers with a goal on the night, while teammate Brooklyn Paisley netted the game-winner. Anjali Simms (PP) scored the lone goal for UPEI in the loss.

The X-Women split their weekend games as Kamdyn Switzer's overtime goal sealed a hard-fought 3-2 win for StFX over the Mounties. Switzer scored seven seconds into the extra period, going in alone off a pass from Maggy Burbidge and firing a wrist shot top-shelf for her second goal of the game. Kameryn Lahey also found the back of the net for StFX, while Tallon Stephenson scored both goals for the Mounties in the loss.
