• 4:00 pm - Course tour.
• 7:30 pm - Technical Meeting for Coaches.

Saturday, October 26

• 12:00 pm - Women's 8 km Race
• 12:45 pm - Men's 8 km Race

• 3:00 p.m. AUS Awards Banquet.

The 2019 Subway AUS cross country championship is free to attend.
