The Cape Breton Capers earned their fourth straight win this weekend after back-to-back victories over the Memorial Sea-Hawks, while the Acadia Axewomen blanked the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues for their third straight victory.

The Capers traveled to St. John's this weekend, first blanking the Sea-Hawks 4-0 Saturday afternoon. The Capers were led by Alliyah Rower, who found the back of the net twice, while teammates Rebecca Lambke and Paige Allaby also recorded tallies in the shutout victory.

Cape Breton then edged out Memorial 1-0 Sunday afternoon, with Caper defenceman Fatou Ndiaye scoring the lone goal in the win. Haley Kardas made four saves in net for her second shutout of the weekend.

Two goals scored in the second half allowed the Axewomen to shutout the Aigles Bleues 2-0 Saturday in Moncton. Jayden Boudreau found the back of the net in the 47th minute of play, while Abigail Aucoin put Acadia ahead by two. Axewomen goalkeeper Swiler Boyd made four saves to earn the shutout.

The StFX X-Women earned back-to-back victories this weekend, first playing to a convincing 5-0 win over the Mount Allison Mounties in Sackville Saturday afternoon. Meghan Cole earned a hattrick in the win, finding the back of the net three times, while Emma Steen and Brynn Jurus added tallies for the away team. Christina Gentile earned a shutout in net for the X-Women.

Dalhousie's Megan Chiasson scored the game's only goal to break a scoreless tie, while Annabel Gravely made three saves in net for the shutout.

The Sunday afternoon, for the second day in a row, the Tigers used a single goal to beat the Reds. Elise Evans' goal in the 41st minute stood as the winner in Dalhousie's 1-0 triumph. She earned Subway Player of the Game honours in the win, while Gravely made two saves for her second shutout of the weekend.

Saturday afternoon, scoring chances were few and far between as the UPEI Panthers and Saint Mary's Huskies ended in a nil-nil stalemate Saturday afternoon. Both teams picked up a point while Kaitlyn Alley made three saves in net for the Huskies and Veronica Kozak made five saves for the Panthers.
