In Week 4 of AUS women's hockey action, the UNB Reds skated to victories over the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues and StFX X-Women, allowing them to earn their seventh-straight victory.

The Reds visited the Aigles Bleues Friday night, where they edged the home team 2-1. Cassie McCallum made 30 saves to lead the Reds to victory. UNB opened the scoring at the 2:51 mark of the first period, on Ashley Stratton's third goal of the season. At 9:57 of the first, Emilie Lalancette tied it for Moncton, however, after a scoreless second period, Payton Hargreaves scored UNB's winner at 2:28 of the third to seal the win. McCallum was named Subway Player of the Game for her efforts.

The U SPORTS ranked No. 4 Reds then hosted the No. 5 ranked team, the StFX X-Women, skating to a 6-2 victory in Fredericton. UNB goals in the game came from Lily George, Sydney Oitomen, Lauren Carter, Payton Hargreaves, Frederike Cyr (PP) and Ashley Stratton, while Lea MacLeod and Maggy Burbidge (SH) found the back of the net for StFX in the loss. Oitomen was named Subway Player of the Game for her efforts.

The Dalhousie Tigers also earned a sweep in Week 4, first edging the Saint Mary's Huskies 3-2 Wednesday evening. Abby Wamboldt, Brooklyn Paisley and Kennedy Whelan (PP) all found the back of the net for Dalhousie, while Jillian Duggan and Shae Demale recorded tallies for the Huskies in the loss.

The Tigers then traveled to Sackville to take on the Mount Allison Mounties Friday night, where they earned a 6-2 win on the road. Subway Player of the Game Natasha Falk found the back of the net in the win, along with teammates Isabella Weist, Olivia Eustace (PP), Emma Bishop (PP), Kennedy Whelan and Lexie Small, while Hailey Simoneau and Jenna Miller recorded tallies for the Mounties.

After losing on the road to the Tigers Wednesday night the Huskies knew they needed a bounce-back win against the UPEI Panthers, and that's exactly what they got. In a 4-2 win over the Panthers, fourth-year veteran Shae Demale had her name all over the game, as she scored two goals, including an empty-netter to seal the victory on her way to being named the Subway Player of the Game. Other Huskie goals came from Aimee O'Neill and Miranda Hatt (PP), with Taylor Gillis and Lexie Murphy finding the back of the net for UPEI in the loss.

The Panthers bounced back Saturday night, edging the St. Thomas Tommies 5-1. Subway Player of the Game Lexie Murphy found the back of the net twice in the win, with Chloe McCabe, Taylor Gillis and Orianna MacNeil (PP) also recording tallies for UPEI. St. Thomas' lone goal in the loss came from Aislynn Byers.

The Tommies split their weekend games as they doubled the Mounties 4-2 Sunday afternoon. St. Thomas goals came from Emma Wilson (2), Claire Nimegeers (PP) and Trinity Webber, while Tallon Stephenson found the back of the net twice in the loss.

The StFX X-Women doubled the Aigles Bleues 4-2 Sunday afternoon, as Chloe Vukosa scored twice and earned Subway Player of the Game honours. Lauren Dabrowski (PP) and Maggy Burbidge (PP) also recorded tallies in the win, while Shani Rossignol and Cassandra Call found the back of the net for Moncton in the loss.
