The Acadia Axewomen swept the Memorial Sea-Hawks over the weekend to take sole possession of first place in the AUS women's volleyball standings. The Axewomen earned a 3-2 win on Friday, and blanked the Sea-Hawks 3-0 on both Saturday and Sunday.
The UNB Reds hosted the Universite de Moncton Aigles Bleues on Friday evening, earning a 3-0 win, then hosted the Saint Mary's Huskies on Saturday, earning a 3-1 victory.
The Dalhousie Tigers played just one game this weekend, topping the Huskies 3-0 on Friday evening.
