Friday, Nov. 3

Moncton 0 vs. Memorial 3 (Box Score)
(ST. JOHN'S, N.L.) The Memorial Sea-Hawks women's volleyball team opened their season with a 3-0 (25-23, 25-18, 25-23) sweep of the Moncton Aigles Bleus on Friday night at The Field House. Memorial was led by Sarah Dawe (Mount Pearl, NL) and Kierstin Fey (Selkirk, MB) who combined for 25 kills in the victory. Moncton 1 vs. Memorial 3 (Box Score)
(ST. JOHN'S, N.L.) The Memorial Sea-Hawks women's volleyball secured another home court victory with a 3-1 (25-13, 20-25, 25-23, 25-21) defeat of the Moncton Aigles Bleus on Saturday night at The Field House. Leading the way for the Sea-Hawks was Kierstin Fey who registered game-high's in kills and points, with 18 and 20.5 respectively. Read more: Recap

Acadia 3 vs. UNB 1 (Box Score)
(FREDERICTON, N.B.) The visiting Acadia Axewomen beat the UNB Varsity Reds 3-1 Saturday night, 23-25, 25-20, 25-22 and 25-16. Fifth-year setter Sarah Ross (Toronto, ON) had 10 kills and 20 digs to lead the Axewomen. Read more: Recap

Moncton 1 vs. Memorial 3 (Box Score)
(ST. JOHN'S, N.L.) The Memorial Sea-Hawks completed a three-game sweep of the Moncton Aigles Bleues (21-25, 25-21, 25-14, 25-20) on Sunday afternoon at The Field House. Kierstin Fey led the Sea-Hawks with 15 kills, while her teammate Alison Poynter registered a season-high 50 assists in the win. Dalhousie 3 vs. Saint Mary's 1 (Box Score)
(HALIFAX, N.S.) The Saint Mary's Huskies dropped a tough match to the Dalhousie Tigers in four sets on Sunday afternoon at the Homburg Centre. The Tigers took the match 3-1 with set scores of 25-23, 26-28, 25-21, 25-7. Outside hitter Mieke DuMont and middle blocker Erin Smith each had 13 kills apiece for Dalhousie and Saint Mary's, respectively. Read more: Recap


Acadia 3 vs. UNB 0 (Box Score)

(FREDERICTON, N.B.) The Acadia Axewomen completed a weekend sweep of the UNB Varsity Reds, scoring a 3-0 win on Sunday afternoon. Acadia won with scores of 25-20, 25-18 and 25-19. Lauryn Renzella (Stouffville, ON) led the Axewomen with 12 kills and 10 digs., to be named the Subway Player of the Match. Read more: Recap
