Reds complete weekend sweep to climb women's hockey standings

After ending the league-leading St. Thomas Tommies 12 game win streak and topping the Mount Allison Mounties, the UNB Reds have began to climb the AUS women's hockey standings. The Reds opened the week by topping the Tommies 3-1 on Wednesday, then earned a 3-2 victory over the Mounties on Sunday afternoon.

Thursday evening, the Saint Mary's Huskies skated to a 3-0 victory over the UPEI Panthers at the Civic Arena.

The Dalhousie Tigers visited the Universite de Moncton Aigles Bleues on Friday night, where they walked away with a 3-2 victory.

After falling the the Reds on Wednesday, the Tommies bounced back on Friday, earning a 4-1 victory over the StFX X-Women at home.

In Saturday action, X-Women skated to a 3-1 win over the Mounties, while the Panthers earned a 2-0 victory over the Aigles Bleues on the road.
