(Sackville, NB) - The Mount Allison Mounties tied the Memorial Sea-Hawks on Saturday afternoon at Alumni Field in Sackville, NB. 

The Mounties start strong, dominating the few minutes of the game. With a strong shot on goal from fourth-year Emily Poole. The Mounties have few more chances throughout the half but cannot finish.

Memorial had many chances, with 7 shots on goal compared to the Mounties 1, but rookie keeper Sophie Austin wouldn't let anything by her.

The Subway Player of the Game is awarded to MTA Mountie Maddison Hill, for her strong defensive game.

The Sea-Hawks travel to Wolfville, NS tonight for their game against the Acadia Axewomen at 1:00PM tomorrow. The Mounties have a big home-game weekend during Homecoming as they face StFX and Acadia on home turf next Friday and Sunday.
