Huskies split games with Acadia and UdeM

In Saturday afternoon play, the Acadia University Axewomen had great opposition and had difficulty with Saint Mary's University Huskies, as they eventually won 3-2, in an afternoon game. Acadia won 28-26, 25-18, 20-25, 13-25 and 15-12.  Lucy Glen-Carter and Lauryn Renzella each had 14 kills and Kailey Evans, 19 digs for the Axewomen. Kristina Adler had 12 kills and Marissa Maccaulay, 12 digs for the Huskies.

In Saturday evening tournament play at the CEPS Louis-J.-Robichaud, the Saint Mary's University Huskies beat the Blue and Gold, 3-1 in the evening on scores of 21-25, 25-12, 25-17 and 25-15. Anna Watt had 13 kills and 20 digs for the Huskies and Pascale Doiron, 11 kills and 13 digs for Moncton.
