(HALIFAX, N.S.) Acadia Axewomen swimmer Ella Collins and Memorial Sea-Hawks men's basketball player Flynn Boardman-Collins have earned AUS Athlete of the Week honours following their performances this past week.

Ella Collins from the Acadia Axewomen swim team is the Atlantic University Sport Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 24, 2024.
A third-year swimmer from Halifax, N.S., Collins led the Axewomen to a first-place team finish at the Kemp-Fry Invitational meet hosted by Dalhousie this past weekend.
She won the 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke events individually, and earned another first-place finish as a member of the 400m medley relay team.
Collins also qualified for three U SPORTS events, which included the 400m medley relay team.

Memorial Sea-Hawks men’s basketball player Flynn Boardman-Raffet is the Atlantic University Sport Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 24, 2024.
A fourth-year business student from London, England, Boardman-Raffet led the Sea-Hawks to two weekend home wins against the Dalhousie Tigers this past weekend in St. John’s, N.L.
In Friday’s 72-54 victory, he posted a game-high 29 points to go along with six rebounds, two steals and an assist.
Saturday, he boasted a double-double, leading all players with 22 points and 14 rebounds to go along with two assists, two steals and a block.
Following this weekend’s play, Boardman-Raffet currently leadings the nation in scoring, averaging 23.8 points per game.
