(HALIFAX, N.S.) - StFX X-Women curler Emma Logan and Memorial Sea-Hawks curler Adam Boland have been named the Subway AUS Athletes of the Week for their respective performances for this past week.

Emma Logan of the St. Francis Xavier X-Women curling team is the Subway Atlantic University Sport female athlete of the week for the week ending March 26, 2017.
A second-year business student from Halifax, N.S., Logan was the winner of the R. W. Pugh Fair Play and Sportsmanship award this past weekend at the U SPORTS Curling Championships held in Thunder Bay, Ont.
Logan and the AUS champion X-Women went 3-4 in round robin play at the national championships, narrowly missing out on a spot in the playoff round.

Adam Boland of the Memorial Sea-Hawks men’s curling team is the Subway Atlantic University Sport male athlete of the week for the week ending March 26, 2017.
A fifth-year business student form Gander, N.L., Boland lead his team to a perfect 9-0 record at the U SPORTS Curling Championships held this past weekend in Thunder Bay, Ont.
The undefeated Sea-Hawks team claimed both the AUS and U SPORTS championship titles this season.
Boland was named second team all-Canadian for his performance in the national championship.
